Have you tried orienteering in Finnish forest? How about cross country skiing? We are happy to guide the tourists, international guests of the companies and expats to the local sport hobbies and other sights! You can do what the locals do – nothing too fancy, but maybe something totally new for you! Our services cover Tampere region and Mänttä-Vilppula.

Summer season

Orienteering Trip to a Finnish Forest:
– Walking or running in the forest, trying to find targets with a map and a compass
– You can choose a track from 30 min to 90 min and the guide is teaching you all the way
– Every Tuesday in Mänttä-Vilppula
– Every Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu around in Tampere region
– Starting time 17 o’clock
– Price 26 eur / person including map, transportation and personal guidance (for 1-4 persons)

 

– Small sightseeing tours in Mänttä (to Mäntänvuori observation tower and nature path)
– Kangasala Vehoniemi observation tower and car museum
– Kirskaanniemi nature path with a chance to grill sausages on open fire at a lake
– Walk around the lake Suolijärvi in Hervanta

– Traditional summer cottage available for rent in Airbnb:
– Ruovesi (sleeping place for 8 people)
– Mänttä-Vilppula (sleeps 3-4 people)

– Smoke sauna evenings: We are able to arrange a traditional smoke sauna evening for up to 12 people. The sauna is situated about 80 km north from Tampere, and is surrounded with beautiful landscape, and what more, strawberry fields! http://www.rauhalammi.com/ For smoke sauna events we are able to arrange #epicpizzaguy with his Italian pizza oven!

Winter season:
– Cross country skiing guiding (rental equipment available)
– Swimming in the frozen lake after the ski trip
– Skating on the lake
